Scott noticed the floors were very cold in the office of his home. After further investigation he noticed that the open vents in his crawlspace below his office were bringing cold air right into his home.
Solutions provided:
Project Manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners. Steve recommended the homeowner treat this area under his home just as he would treat a nice finished basement. The homeowners agreed to close the open vents to the outside.
