Why did the customer contact us?

The Gladwyne Homeowner was having water, and moisture problems after heavy rains in his crawl space. His investigation concluded that the crawl space had a high relative humidity level which needed to be addressed quickly. To fix the moisture issue in this crawl space he contacted us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing. After shortly speaking to the office manager Maureen over the phone the homeowner new he was speaking with a company that could solve his problem.

What challenges did we face?

The challenges we faced were cleaning out and leveling out the crawlspace before encapsulation.

Solutions provided:

Jamison Basement Waterproofing fixed this crawl space by installing CrawlSheild crawl space vapor barrier on the walls and floors which is used to isolate the crawl space from the earth. The CrawlSheild crawl space encapsulation system also prevents water vapor from entering the home. To keep this homeowner's crawlspace floor free from odors and mold !
