The chestnut hill homeowners contacted us because of the ground water seepage problem in the basement during heavy rain fall , and with the problem getting worst it was time for something to be done . So that’s when they contacted the professionals at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

13year Basement specialist Steve Custus visited the homeowner and discussed waterproofing options and plans with the Homeowner. Steve was patient and thorough, he explained how each product would help the basement stay dry all the time . The Grate Sump and Grate Drain will take care of the ground water and the moisture vapor barrier will protect the basement from wall seepage.
The installation crew installed a vapor barrier on the basement walls. The moisture vapor barrier is made with a thick plastic that keeps moisture out of the basement , and also prevents mold growth and wall rot.
We also applied a Waterproofing coating to the foundation walls were we didn’t install a drainage system . Now the homeowner can use the basement for storage without fear of things getting ruined ...
