To help keep Sabu basement dry all the time, our project manager Steve Custus installed a full perimeter (Closed drainage) system along the inside perimeter of the basement, He also installed a two new Grate Sump kits with battery back and 2 inch discharge line to handle any amount of rain. When one pump fails or can't keep up, another pump kicks in to help out. To protect the basement from future wall leaks we installed a full moisture vapor barrier on the walls as well ,
Outside, our crew installed an freeze stops to prevent floods from a frozen discharge linen!
With plans to finish the basement in the near future Sabu didn’t want to take any chances ! Now he can finally say he has a Dry Basement
