Solutions provided:
Project manager Steve Custus seen this problem before , when the homeowners put there home on the market and don’t have a ground water problem but more of a moisture problem. So Steve recommended a high volume dehumidifier with a moisture blocking coating applied to the foundation wall .
Now the homeowners were able to put the home back on the market without fear of losing another potential buyer because of the damp basement.
