To take care of the ground water seepage problem Steve recommend the GrateSump and Grate-Drain (closed Drainage ) system , and to keep the humidity below 50% Steve recommend and high volume high efficient dehumidifier and the final piece to the puzzle was painting the walls and floor to give the basement a face lift...
