Why did the customer contact us?

The Havertown Homeowners contacted us because they have plans on finishing their basement in the near future, but first they have to get the basement Waterproofed to protect their future investment . Instead of waiting of a disaster to happen they choose to be proactive and take care of their water problem first .

Solutions provided:

Project manager Steve Custus went out to give the homeowners a free estimate. Steve recommended a full perimeter (Closed ) Drainage system called (Grate-Drain ) the GrateDrain Drainage is the most efficient and healthiest Drainage system on the market, with inspection ports at ever turn this system is extremely effective.

The GrateDrain system will drain the water under the basement slap to the Grate-Sump with is a closed Sump pump Basin with a Fast Sump that can remove 2400gallons a hour . The Grate-Sump also comes with an Back up inverter for 24hour protection against pump failure .

We also installed a sealed vapor barrier on the walls that will drain any wall leaks down into the GrateDrain system , the vapor will ensure the homeowners that their finish basement will be protected from future wall leaks .
