Project manager Steve Custus met with the renters and came up with a plan to fix this water problem once and for all . After other companies fail attempts on fixing the problem Steve knew exactly what to do he proposal a Grate Sump / Grate Drain Drainage System and a walk vapor barrier to Chanel wall leaks down into the drainage system ..
Now that Tony was able to get the problem solved he now has happy tenants. Jamison basement waterproofing also offered Tony a service agreement where they will revisit the property once a year to make sure everything is functioning properly..
