The Havertown homeowners contacted us because they have a partially finished basement, and in the unfinished section, the mortar around the stone is crumbling and making a lot of dry dust. So that's when they gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.
Solutions provided:
The solution we provided was rust casting the walls with two coats of stucco mixture cement coating to the foundation walls , with wire lathe for extra strength.. We also rerouted the Sump pump discharge line ..
Now the crumbling of the stone foundation are eliminated .
