The Wyndmoor homeowners contacted us after their was a feeling of dampness and signs moisture in the basement after heavy rains , The moisture was very concerning because they have a fully furnished basement and a young child . Solutions provided:

Project Manager Steve Custus went out to do a full basement inspection and after listening to the homeowners he recommended removal of finish material and replacement of the existing sump pump and to resolve the water seeping in from under the oil tank he recommended the Grate Drain ( Closed ) drain system that will drain ground water seepage to the new Grate sump .

Now that it's been a few heavy rains with no sign of water now the homeowners can refinish the basement with peace in mind their problem is solved .
