Why did the customer contact us?
Customer was in the process of buying the home. He has a big attached crawlspace that needs to be sealed also has some visible mold and a musty smell. One of the other local Waterproofing companies tried to remedy the problem but the homeowner inspector said the failed . One of the crawlspace takes some water and there is a existing pump in the crawlspace. The New homeowner wants to fix it to create an healthy environment.
Solutions provided:
We provided a Crawlshield encapsulation system. We also installed a Santa Fe high volume Dehumidifer to keep the humiduty down in the space. We also installed a drainage system in the crawlspace that was taking on water . To save the homeowner one engery cost we use closed spray foam for insulation . Now the new homeowners have a healthy home .....
