Why did the customer contact us?

The Pippersville homeowners had a horrible damp basement problem. They also wanted to refinish their basement and they wouldn't do that with any type of ground water seepage ! The first called their water restoration company who than contacted us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing !

Project manager Steve Custus went out to do a Basement inspection and noticed standing water inside the homeowners floating slab around the basement floor wall joint .

Solutions provided:

The Solution we provided was a new Grate - Sump pump in the opposite in of the basement with a partial Grate Drain ( Closed Drainage ) System to direct ground water seepage to the Grate sump . By installing a closed Drainage system this will reduce humidity/ Radon gas and bugs in the basement.

Now the homeowners can refinish the Basement without fear of mold growing behind the finish material , Creating a healthy environment was very important to these clients.
