The Wyncote homeowner contacted us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing because she has plans on putting her home on the market soon and knew the wet basement would be an issue. She also did her research and found out the new buyers could take off up to 20% off the asking price for a wet basement, She also noticed the problem getting worst over time . This year was also a record amount of rain fall and she couldn't put up with this issue longer.

Solutions provided:

Project manager Steve Custus went out to give a free evaluation, and found the best solution for their water issues. The homeowners chose to have the Grate Sump / with a full perimeter Grate Drain (closed) Drainage system that will drain ground water to the new Grate Sump which can handle 2400 Gallons per hour.. we also installed a vapor barrier on the walls that will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate Drain Drainage system .

Now this homeowner will receive a healthy basement certificate that's transferable to the next homeowners ..
