We provided the homeowners with a Healthy Basement Certificate 3 which included a full perimeter drainage system with a moisture,vapor barrier on the walls and two Sump liners with two pumps for extra protection in case one of the pumps was to ever fail .
Now the homeowners can finish the basement and add extra living space to their home .
