Senior project Manager Steve C went out to do a full basement inspection. After seeing that another waterproofing company started the project and ran off he knew he had to take extra good care of the clients.
We recommended a full perimeter closed Drainage system with an air tight Sump lid and perforated basin with 1/3hp pump that can remove 2400 gallons per hr, full vapor barrier to protect the Basement from any future wall seepage or dampness.
