With homeowners seeing Basements now as living space nobody wants to purchase a home with any signs of ground water seepage..

What challenges did we face?

The challenges we faced were having to get this job done asap so the property owners wouldn't lose and other deals due to the wet Basement.

Solutions provided:

Because of the recent rain our project manager and the property owner was able to see what corner of the Basement the water was seeping in and Was able to come up with a quick fix to get this home back on the market . So he proposal a new Grate Sump with a partial grate drain drainage system to guarantee the basement stays dry at the area that we treated and is transferable to the next homeowners ..

Within two days the property homeowner and realtor was able to get the house back listed now that the basement Waterproofing issues was solved..
