What challenges did we face?
The challenges we faced was working around a sealant that was very sticky on the floor that the homeowner tried to use to keep water out of the basement..
Solutions provided:
We installed our patent Grate-Drain Drainage system that would drain ground water seepage to the Grate Sump. We also installed vapor barrier behind the finish wall to project against any future wall leaks . Now the homeowner can refinish her Basement.
