The homeowner contacted us after getting a few different estimates on Waterproofing their Basement but they choose us because of how efficient the Grate Drain Drainage is when it compares to other Basement Drainage systems .
What challenges did we face?
The challenges we faced were removing the finish material to gain access to the foundation wall !
Solutions provided:
Project Manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowner and after giving him a few solution from outside damp proofing and a Sump pump with Drainage System the homeowner choose the Grate Sump with full Vapot Barrier and the Grate Drain Drainage system that will channel water below the basement slab to the Grate Sump .
