The new homeowner contacted us because after a heavy rain there entire finish basement flooded.
What challenges did we face?
The challenges we faced were finding out where the source of water was coming into the basement.

Our project manager Steve went out and met with the homeowners and recommended a Grate-Sump system with Grate-Drain Drainage system across the front wall with full vapor barrier to channel any wall leaks down into the grate drain drainage system. Now the homeowners can refinish their basement ..With peace in mind !!
