What challenges did we face?
The Basement wall crack had a active leak for sometime now so it took a little longer to stop the crack from leaking , because it had just rained a day before the installation.
Solutions provided:
We replaced the existing sump pump that had burned out with a new Fast Sump . We also repaired a leaking foundation wall crack . Now the homeowners can put their home on the market without the fear of losing resale value do to the Basement waterproofing issues.
