Why did the customer contact us?
Joe used us in the past, for a Basement Waterproofing issue on the other half of his basement so he figure he give us a call to replace the pump on the other half of his basement this time . He had an open Sump pit with sitting water that was producing high level of moisture into his basement .
What challenges did we face?
The pump dig was very wet with a lot of stones so it took a little longer to dig than normal ,
Solutions provided:
The homeowner new exactly what he wanted because we did work for him in the past . So it made project Managers Steve job very easy . The crew Foremen was Ken Mcknight along with Derek Price . They installed a new Grate Sump with built in Pump stand and Air-tight lid to reduce moisture.
