The solution we provided was a full perimeter closed Drainage System with a new Grate Sump in the low spot of the basement . We also installed a 24hr Battery Back up system to protect the Basement from flooding due to power-outage . Now the property owners can finish the basement with peace & mind that there Basement will be dry during heavy rains ...
