Why did the customer contact us?
3 - 4inches of water in the lower part of the basement during heavy rains. The homeowners talked to different contractors and they recommended having a professional Basement Waterproofing company come out to fix the problem . So that's when they gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.
What challenges did we face?
Well it was raining the day of installation so water was filling up the Basement as we was fixing the problem ..
Solutions provided:
Project Manager Ed recommended Grate - Drain Drainage system with a new Grate Sump in the low spot to capture the ground water seepage and will discharge the water into the sewer ( Philadelphia code ) as you can see in the photos after our system was installed the basement began to dry up almost immediately !
