The investors contacted us after putting their newly renovated investment property on the market and they noticed potential buyers asking questions about the water inside the open Sump pit . So they figured they had to get something done so they contacted us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

Project Manger Steve Custus went out and met with the investors . He recommended a Grate- Sump basin with a built in pump stand , air-tight sump lid with a floor drain and because of the high water levels he recommended a higher capacity Sump pump with a dual float switch to ensure them they won't have another issue when it comes to the Sump pump.
