Project Manager Steve C went out to meet with the property owners and after listening to their goals for the Basement, he provided them with a air-tight closed sub - floor Drainage system with a new Sump pump replacement . Now the property owners have around 700 square feet of dry useable space to install their tents a new laundry room .
