Mr Miller contacted us after getting flooded over and over again . He has been in his home for over 32years and been dealing with this water problem time after time and finally called it quits .
What challenges did we face?
Mr Miller has base-board heating around the entire basement so we had to work around it . Which was pretty touch .
Solutions provided:
The solutions we provided was a closed full perimeter drainage system with clean outs for inspection and maintenance. We also installed a new Grate Sump Sump with 1/3hp with air tight lid to protect against Radon gases . We also installed a entry wall drain to protect against leaking belico doors . Now after rains Mr Miller doesn't have to pull the shop vac out .. Problem solved !
