Michelle contacted us after finding herself often using a shop vac after heavy rains . When she first purchased the home she was told that she had a Dry Basement but that found out to not be true . So that's when she gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing !
Solutions Provided:
We installed a full perimeter Grate-Drain closed Drainage system with a new Grate Sump with 1/3hp fast Sump . We Also installed vapor barrier behind the finish walls / Grate trench at the door entryway to prevent any water from entering the basement from the belico doorway . This system offers a lifetime warranty. Now Michelle can have the peace in mind to refinish her Basement later down the line without the fear of the Basement ever flooding again . She evens has 1year of free annual maintenance were we will come back-out to clean out the Grate Sump and test the pumps for her annually . Problem solved !
