Why did the customer contact us?
Mike called us because he has a finished basement and noticed mold growing on the sheet rock within the basement. He had a mold company come out to do mold remediation and from there was referred to us .
Solutions Provided:
Project manager Steve when out to meet with Mike. After going over everything and really listening to what Mike concerns were, Steve proposed a new Grate Sump with air tight lid. We also installed a vapor barrier on the walls to insure Mike that his finish material will never come in contact with dampness again. To keep the humidity down we installed a high efficiency dehumidifier.
