Project Manager Steve went out on a rainy day and was able to see where the water was coming into the basement at . So he proposal a Grate-Sump with full vapor barrier because the basement walls had signs of water seepage as well . The vapor Barrier will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate Drain Drainage system that will channel the water to the Grate Sump to be removed away from the home .
