The Blue Bell Homeowners contacted us to avoid cleanup (shop vac) and reduce potential water damage to their partially finished basement . We also learned that homeowner want to take care of their basement, because they know the health upstairs in their home will be much better.
Solutions Provided:
Project Manager Steven Custus went out to give a free basement inspection, he recommended replacing the old never maintained drainage system with Grate Drain (closed) drainage system with inspection ports for easy annual inspection and maintenance. He also wanted to protect the homeowners from future wall seepage so he recommend full vapor barrier as well . Crew Foreman Dwight Custus was able to tie the radon system into the GrateDrain drainage system for maximum efficiency , and with the Grate Sump able to remove 2400 gallons of water per hour this basement will be dry all the time !
