We installed a full perimeter Grate-Drain closed water management system with Inspection ports .The homeowner wanted to use his existing sump pump so we were able to pitch the Grate Drain to the Sump pump that was installed just a few years ago . Now that the homeowner has a lifetime warranty on ground water seepage for the life of the home ..
